Delete in the App
You can delete your AsylumTracker community account directly inside the app:
- Open AsylumTracker.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Community Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Request Deletion by Email
You can also request deletion by emailing support@asylumtracker.com. Please send the request from the same email address used for your AsylumTracker community sign-in when possible.
What Is Deleted
Deleting your community account removes your community profile and associated account data according to the app's deletion flow. This may include community profile information, display name, avatar, applicant role, account identifiers, and user-generated community content associated with your account where deletion is technically available and legally appropriate.
What Is Not Deleted
Public immigration statistics, EOIR/USCIS datasets, aggregated analytics, and non-personal public data are not personal account data and are not deleted. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.
