By downloading, installing, or using AsylumTracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
AsylumTracker provides immigration court analytics based on publicly available EOIR records. Features may include court explorer, judge analytics, case lookup, filters, reports, and premium tools.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium features may require auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Data Accuracy
Court data is sourced from public government records. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
No Legal Advice
AsylumTracker is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use the app for informational purposes only and consult a qualified immigration attorney for legal guidance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, reverse engineer it, bypass access controls, or redistribute or resell data obtained from the app.
Changes and Termination
We may update these terms and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
