AsylumTracker ("we", "our", or "the app") is an immigration court data analytics application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Data We Collect
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personal information such as name, email, or phone number from free users
- We do not track your location
- We do not sell any user data to third parties
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs
Account Data Optional
If you create an account for premium features, we collect:
- Email address (for authentication only)
- Subscription status
This data is stored securely via Supabase (hosted on AWS) and is never shared with third parties.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to improve the app experience:
- App feature usage patterns (no personal identifiers)
- Crash reports (via Apple's built-in crash reporting)
Court Data
All immigration court data displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) records. This is public government data and contains no private individual information. Case numbers are anonymized.
Data Storage and Security
- Authentication data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- API keys and credentials are stored securely and never embedded in the app binary
- We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) for data access control
Third-Party Services
- Apple (StoreKit) — For in-app purchase and subscription management
- Supabase — For backend data storage and authentication
Children's Privacy
AsylumTracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your Rights
You may:
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data
- Opt out of analytics
